The Oreck Halo features two powerful motors. The first motor drives the powerful roller brush that agitates the carpet, bringing debris and germs up and exposing them to the UV-C light that can kill them. The second motor generates incredible suction; dirt and microbes are quickly trapped inside the HEPA13 filter bag.

There is a separate brush bar that can be turned on and off to allow for various floor surfaces; because the brush bar uses a separate motor, the suction will not be compromised. In addition, there is a height adjustor that allows you to easily maneuver from one floor surface to another and still achieve peak cleaning performance. It is important that you use the product as directed in the owner Manual, moving the Oreck Halo deliberately as you would any traditional vacuum.
